The Arbalest has received a visual restyling available to Kickstarter backers of Adventurer tier.
As long as she is given ample distance between herself and her quarry, no foe is safe from this sharpshooter's wrath. Or she may spend her night tending to her crossbow, her one companion since childhood. Given enough time at camp, she can treat the wounds of all her allies, or even instruct them in how to be quicker than their adversaries. She also learned how to dress and treat wounds, and can apply makeshift healing upon the battlefield.
Her life of war has given her many skills for the battlefield such as marking down targets, raining arrows upon her foes and even firing bolas to disrupt the enemy's formation. Receiving an Order token from a Drummer enables the Arbalist to use skills that can hit all ranks.Clad in heavy armor and able to vanquish foes with her massive crossbow, she is like a living embodiment of a cannon. If cornered on the front line Arbalist will fire an weak Hip shot trying to defend themself while returning to the back positions. It can cause great damage to a single target with its crossbow or shoot large sharp arrow causing bleed to all heroes. The Arbalist serves as fierce, ranged back-line for The Lost Battalion.
Even though their bodies and minds have been stolen by the forest, their skills are still almost as sharp as their bolts. The Arbalist is a Cadaver enemy in Darkest Dungeon II.Īrmed with heavy crossbows, the arbalists of the lost battalion were skilled marksmen tasked with providing ranged support to their comrades.
